FIMO, JPMD Launch Beta Version of PIVASIA Providing Data on Industrial Parks in Vietnam
On March 1, 2022, FIMO Company and JP Media Direct Company (JPMD), a member company of Japan Post Group, officially launched the Beta version of the industry information platform in Vietnam named PIVASIA.
Designed to support the connection needs between domestic, foreign businesses and investors developing industrial parks and clusters in Vietnam, the Beta version provides a rich and updated regularly electronic catalog about local status data and infrastructure of industrial parks and clusters in Vietnam.
Locality data, as well as industrial parks and clusters, are free to access at: https://ip.piv.asia, a WebGIS platform (Geographic Information System) that is capable of interacting with visual data on a digital map.

Even though the government is encouraging and creating favorable conditions for domestic and foreign enterprises to expand investment and production in Vietnam, the complicated situation of the Covid-19 pandemic has caused some difficulties for those businesses in finding and surveying suitable locations for the construction and expansion of manufacturing plants. The PIVASIA platform is expected to act as a conduit to assist enterprises in locating, investing in, and expanding manufacturing.
The Alpha version, which is set to launch in May 2022, will provide extensions for businesses such as search, comparison, local selection, industrial zones, and industrial clusters based on relevant criteria.
